DeleteCerezita is explaining to Juan how in the vineyard they have a bunch of crosses, it’s like their cemetery. That the trunk of each of the plants is a little gnarled body of Christ writhing in agony. She describes how the branches look like arms and the bulging veins of suffering. Each arm intertwined with the other little crucified Christ next to it. It’s how their religion see it and believe they’re supposed to be like that on a cross so they could be remembered because if they get buried no one will go visit them and they’ll be forgotten.
Scene 5:
They talk about how it’s dangerous and how many things have happen since what happened to Amparo since the police hit her. Then on how Dolores thinks that Cere was a sign from god that was made for her husband to change but instead he just left her.
Scene 6:
Dolores is praying and tells Cerezita how she represents like a symbol, then she asks her if she remembers how it used to be full of kids in their home. Then Juan and Cerezita are talking about some people being killed. They are still talking on how everything is happening by the religions.
Scene 7:
Juan finds Mario at a park laying down smoking a cigarette. Mario starts talking to him about how he is careless about his life. That either way people die with anything. Then he starts talking about how much he likes sex.
